Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a B. Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematical Statistics, or Data Science Experience in the agriculture or Agri Tech sector is advantageous Must be familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics is highly advantageous Strong proficiency in MS SQL Database management Must have experience with API development and system integrations Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or similar is essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have experience with Office 365 and cloud-based data solutions such as AWS or Azure Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders The successful candidate will be responsible for: Automating data processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Developing and maintaining APIs to integrate various internal systems. Extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions. Designing and implementing database solutions using MS SQL. Ensuring data integrity and security across platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions. Maintaining and optimizing data storage, retrieval, and reporting processes.
