Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate trial balances.
• Process journal entries and general ledger transactions, including reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Prepare and load payments for release.
• Assist with the annual budget preparation.
• Support audit document preparation.
• Assist in preparing management accounts, including detailed analysis of results against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide assistance to the Director with ad-hoc requests, projects, and responsibilities.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Sage Accounting software.
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transport is essential.
