Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of job cards issued and completed on the job card system.
  • Coordinate, track, and control preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Improve and maintain stock management system.
  • Ensure critical spares stock on hand is sufficient and tracked.
  • Perform stock counts, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Compile reports on productivity and efficiency of maintenance department.
  • Implement internal controls and ensure policy adherence.
  • Document management and record control.
  • Manage shifts, roster, time & attendance, leave, and training submissions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 and Diploma in administration or equivalent.
  • 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Health and Safety knowledge advantageous.
  • Minute taking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in technical/maintenance work, inventory control, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost management advantageous.
  • Must have own transport.
