Job Summary
Dictaphone Jnr Typist (Court Litigation typing ess), PTA East, Rneg (on exp)
- Presentable and professional person
- Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years experience in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation typing at a law firm is a must
- Dictaphone typing experience, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Computer literate,
- Excellent communication skills with strong telephone etiquette
- Stable employment record and contactable references
Duties:
- Typing of High & Magistrates Court proceedings
- Dictaphone typing
- Filing (hard copies and soft copies)
- Assist with compiling court bundles for issuing and service
- General litigation secretarial and administrative duties
