Are you a strategic financial leader ready to step into a pivotal role at the heart of a diversified financial powerhouse? We’re seeking a visionary Divisional Head of Finance to lead financial operations, performance management, and strategic execution across multiple financial groups.
 
As the successful incumbent, you will lead and manage the finance function and help drive profitability, performance, and long-term value creation. You will gain the added advantage of being exposed to many different teams and ensuring that financial strategies are met within the insurance space.
 

 
Duties:

• Ensure financial soundness, governance and compliance
• Develop and implement strategic direction and strategy
• Lead and manage financial conglomerates / large complex groups
• Financial management and ensuring legislation
• Corporate governance and risk management

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Completed BCom degree with postgraduate (Honours) preferred or,
• Qualified CA(SA)

 
 
Experience:

• Minimum 10-12 years’ experience
• Minimum 5+ years management experience
• Insurance industry experience required
