Job Summary

CIPC & Beneficial Ownership.* Compile and file beneficial ownership documents with CIPC.* File annual returns & track payments.* Process amendments (ownership, directors, company details)SARS Compliance:* Handle registered representative applications, VAT registrations, and tax type activations.* Submit EMP 201, EMP 501, VAT 201, IT12 and IT14s.* Manage disputes and ad hoc SARS queries.Bookkeeping & Payroll* Monthly retainer bookkeeping (Sage online & Desktops)* Prepare books for annual financial statements.* Process payroll via Sage Online. Client support* Assist clients with general and ad hoc queries.Ideal candidateMust have experience with CIPC, SARS, eFiling and Sage.
