Job Summary
Duties:
- Manage the New Vehicle Sales department,
- Selling Manager environment must be willing and able to sell vehicles together with Sales Executive team when required
- Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
- Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded,
- Grow market share
- Deal Builder
- Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels,
- Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers,
- Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department,
- Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department,
- Motivate, Inspire, and Involve Sales Staff
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have proven track record in the motor sales industry, as a Sales Manager
- SELLING SALES environment managing skills, prospecting, target management and market awareness.
- Candidate must have well established customer data base
- Candidate must be organised, driven, pro-active and self-motivated
- 1-3 years of experience in a motor vehicle sales management dealership environment
