Job Summary
IntroductionWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time Caregiver to look after elderly persons . The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing basic care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of the elderly person. Duties & Responsibilities Assistance with daily activities: Helping with dressing, grooming, and bathing as needed. Meal preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when necessary. Medication management: Ensuring medications are taken on time (with guidance from family or medical professionals). Companionship: Providing social and emotional support, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities to keep the individual mentally stimulated. Household chores: Light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment. Monitoring health: Observing the elderly persons health and well-being, reporting any changes to family members or medical professionals. Mobility assistance: Helping with movement around the home, ensuring safety when walking or transitioning between rooms. Occasional weekend support: Flexibility to work on weekends depending on the elderly persons needs (with prior notice).Desired Experience & Qualification Qualification: Nursing or a equivalent caregiver qualification. Patience and compassion: Ability to offer emotional and physical support.
