Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cash Office Clerk to join our team in Durban. As a Cash Office Clerk, you will be responsible for daily receipts processing, cash handling, and general processing tasks. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and Process Credit Notes, Discounts ensuring proper authorization
• Count and capture cash from drivers, reconciling with camera system
• Follow up on cash shortages and report reasons within 24 hours
• Process petty cash payments and issue for authorized expenditures
• Maintain filing system and manage company stationary
• Accurately count and reconcile daily banking transactions
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash vault machine

Qualifications: Certificates/Certification in relevant field
