Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full P&L management and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
• Lead the budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to track performance and cost efficiencies.
• Manage reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and statutory compliance.
• Supervise AP/AR functions, banking, and payment processes.
• Support external audits and B-BBEE audit requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of all financial deliverables during the contract term.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure operational continuity.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: BCom Honours in Accounting (with completed articles) or Newly Qualified CA(SA).
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a financial management role, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
Systems & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency; exposure to Xero or similar ERP systems advantageous.
Competencies:

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial reporting under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
