Job Description

  • Review, prepare, and negotiate civil engineering contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Manage claims, disputes, and change orders effectively to minimize financial and legal risk.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to monitor project progress and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and advise senior management on mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of contracts, including cost control, invoicing, and budget monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff on contractual and administrative matters.
