About the Role
Hire Resolve, a renowned recruitment company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and providing financial guidance and support to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Provide financial guidance and support to the company
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field OR CIMA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant
- Sage X3 Experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (OR CIMA)
