Job Summary
Grade 12/ Matric. – An appropriate Bachelors tertiary qualification in Fraud or Risk management. – Min 5 (five) years working experience in Fraud within a financial services and 8 years Banking Sector experience at management level – Registration of Certified Fraud Examiners qualification is advantageous – Accreditation from the Ethics Institute will be an added advantage. – Knowledge and exposure to the Fraud Management Principles in particular fraud data analytical tools and Cyber security techniques etc – Experience in compilation of fraud management frameworks and policies and assessment of risk mitigation interventions – Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making ability to prioritize and communicate with management to achieve business goals – Proven ability in fraud detection, investigations and assessment activities. – Knowledge of compliance legislative and regulatory requirements. – Knowledge of relevant legislation i.e. Banks Act, PRECCA, POCA, CPA, PFMA, LRA, FCPA, UKBA and other regulations – Advanced computer skills in MS Office. – Excellent project management skills. – Good planning, organizing, analytical and communication skills
