IR/CCMA) Strong admin, interviewing and HR partnering skills Advanced MS Office, SAGE 300 People (essential) , online recruitment platforms, background check systems Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end process from advertising, screening, interviewing, checks and offers. Payroll & HR Administration: Maintain SAGE 300 People system, contracts, employee records, reports, EE submissions, and HR documentation. Industrial Relations: Advise and support management on IR matters, attend hearings, ensure policy compliance, and stay updated on labour law. General HR: Support EE & Training Committee, compile HR policies/procedures, handle exit interviews, and provide HR reporting.
