Job Description
Our client based in the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Human Resource Practitioner to provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management in line with principles of human resource management.
Requirements:
- 3-year National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid drivers license.
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Practitioner or Administrator.
- Experience in Pastel/SAGE HR packages would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of HRM principles and legislations.
Knowledge & Skills:
- HRM Principles and legislation (BCEA; LRA; EEA; PFMA; OHS)
- HR Administration
- Performance Management
- Policy Development and Review
- HR Risk Management
- Report writing
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Networking and people management
- Computer literacy (MS Word).
KPAs:
You will be responsible for:
- Human Resource Management
- Training and Development
- Recruitment and Selection
- Performance Management
- Compliance with legislations and principles of HR Management.
