About the Role

Our client based in the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Human Resource Practitioner to provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management in line with principles of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate HR-related activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required.

Requirements

  • 3-year National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • 3 to 5 years experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Practitioner or Administrator.
  • Experience in Pastel/SAGE HR packages would be advantageous.
