About the Role
The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing top-level candidates, managing mass recruitment efforts, and ensuring effective delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate recruitment cycle and onboarding
- Proactively source top-level candidates in diverse positions from specialized scarce skills to bulk recruitment drives
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of recruitment campaigns
- Continuously improve candidate experience and engagement, acting as a brand ambassador
- Track and report accordingly on all filled roles
Requirements
- Solid recruitment experience through placing a variety of profiles
- Minimum 2-4 years recruitment experience (Contact Centre/BPO Recruitment experience an advantage)
