Job Summary
- Ability to process invoices within 24 hours of receipt and send proof of payment to the party involved
- Ability to process SARS via EDI within the deadline
- Meet monthly budget (Volume and Revenue).
- Knowledge of how to prepare Costing (including Ensuring that origin billing/invoicing is correct, follow up for amending invoices with the correct charges.)
- Experience monitoring container release statuses on NAVIS
- Experience arranging/handing over trem cards/haz declarations to ICS for hazardous cargo
