Job Summary
About the position:
- Our client is looking for someone who is inherently passionate, self-motivated and incentivized by the opportunity of being the Master of their own destiny, with the ability to produce their own income and results, driven with the intent to make a difference
- Individuals who are able to deliver a consistent sales output to the corporate/business market that requires more management support and guidance than micro-management, in order to meet their monthly and annual targets. Key skills in building relationships, with a consultative oriented solution selling style, in order to identify and co-create opportunities with clients
Responsibilities:
- Selling of corporate training solutions
- Business Development
- Human Resources (BBEEE codes and SETA knowledge essential)
Requirements:
- Individuals must have the following Attributes to ensure a high work ethic and professionalism to represent our client:
o Well groomed, well-mannered and speak clearly and professionally
o Good team worker

o Ability to think innovatively

o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent attention to detail
o Emotionally mature
Experience and skills required:
- Minimum 5 years corporate solution sales experience
- Knowledge of the SETA framework
- Knowledge of the BBEEE codes
- Selling services to Human Resources Practitioners/corporate clients
- BBBEE Consulting
- Training
- Excellent people-skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
