Job Summary

ð??¢ What Youll Be Doing: Manage and coordinate import and export documentation , including: Customs documents, Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading Ensure full compliance with international shipping and trade protocols Assist with processing orders, contracts, and client documentation using templates Work with internal systems to process orders and invoices (training provided if needed) Liaise with freight agents, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations â? What Were Looking For: Experience in logistics or import/export administration Solid understanding of international shipping documentation and protocols Highly organized , detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment A natural self-starter who shows initiative and is hungry to learn Strong communication skills and the ability to engage easily with people Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems ð???
