Durban: Loyalty and Rewards Specialist

Who are we looking for: Loyalty and Rewards Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising loyalty and rewards initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention. This role focuses on creating data-driven, CRM-based reward programmes and campaigns that enhance the customer journey, encourage repeat activity and build long-term loyalty. What will you do: Build and optimise CRM-led loyalty and rewards programmes Drive retention through smart lifecycle journeys Track performance, ROI and continuously optimise Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Data teams What will you need: 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing and Operations/Admin Strong CRM, analytics and collaboration skills
