Job Summary
Our client in Dubai is seeking a Mobile Crane Operator who is prepared to relocate and become part of their dynamic team. Applicants from Northern Cape , Mpumalanga , Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban) and Limpopo are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Valid crane operators certificate or license. 3-5 years experience operating mobile cranes or similar heavy equipment. Completion of relevant safety training courses, including those focused on operating heavy machinery and crane safety. Must have a valid passport.
Responsibilities:
Operate mobile cranes according to safety regulations and site protocols, ensuring safe lifting and movement of loads. Conduct pre-operation inspections of the crane to verify that it is in safe working condition, reporting any defects or maintenance needs. Collaborate with site managers and other team members to plan lifting operations and ensure effective communication throughout the process. Accurately position loads and monitor the lifting process to prevent accidents, ensuring that materials are placed correctly. Maintain accurate records of operations, including loads lifted, operational hours, and any incidents or safety concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the crane, reporting any issues that may affect its operation. Stay informed about industry best practices, safety updates, and advancements in crane technology.
