We are seeking an organized and proactive Night Shift Dispatch Team Leader to oversee and manage our dispatch operations during night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the dispatch team, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate dispatch activities during the night shift.

• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time service.

• Lead, guide, and motivate dispatch staff to achieve operational targets.

• Handle queries, challenges, and escalations effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.

• Prepare and submit shift reports to management.

• Maintain effective communication with drivers, warehouse, and management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination.

• Prior supervisory/leadership experience is essential.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
