About the Role
The MI Specialist will provide Data Analytics support in a dynamic BPO operation, utilizing their expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data analytics support in a dynamic BPO operation
- Implement enterprise data management processes, procedures, and decision support
- Manage relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Oversee metadata management and associated processes
- Utilize enterprise repository tools, data modelling tools, data mapping tools, and data profiling tools
- Create and maintain repository creation, and data and information system life cycle methodologies
- Produce high-quality analytics and solve complex problems
Requirements
- 4 – 6 years of experience in data analytics in the BPO /Contact Centre sector
- Direct experience in implementing enterprise data management processes, procedures, and decision support
- Understanding of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Knowledge of metadata management and associated processes
- Familiarity with enterprise repository tools, data modelling tools, data mapping tools, and data profiling tools
