About the Role

Youll produce detailed drawings and specifications, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and tenants to ensure every projects success. Youll manage tasks to keep delivery on track, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and provide vital support during the construction phase.

What Youll Do

• Create and manage detailed architectural drawings and specs

• Perform site visits and gather data for planning

• Collaborate with internal and external project teams

• Oversee compliance with building codes, contracts, and regulations

• Attend and chair project meetings

• Keep accurate documentation of project changes

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines

What You Bring

• Bachelors in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related

• Minimum 4 years experience in architectural design

• High proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Viewpoint, and other design software

• Strong knowledge of building codes (SANS), contracts, and construction methods

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Valid drivers licence, own car, and willingness to travel and fly for site work
