Job Description

The Role:
As Product Manager, you will own the successful development, launch, and optimisation of products across their lifecycle.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure products deliver meaningful value, align with brand promise, and achieve measurable business results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management within a consumer durable goods environment.
  • Proven experience using market insights, research, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development, Launch Planning & Execution:

  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure product features align with consumer expectations and brand strategy.
  • Drive timely delivery and successful market launches.

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap.
  • Ensure ongoing strategy viability through continuous market and consumer analysis.

Market Research & Consumer Insight:

  • Translate market research, consumer insights, and data analysis into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning and feature prioritisation.

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation:

  • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
  • Optimise features, functionality, and positioning to maximise value and profitability.

Sales Enablement & Campaign Support:

  • Equip Sales teams with product knowledge, training, and materials.
  • Support Brand and Marketing teams during campaigns, promotions, and launches.

User Experience & Innovation:

  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into actionable product features.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to solve real user problems.
  • Drive innovation through new features and performance enhancements.
