Risk and Compliance Officer We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team. They will also ensure the company is compliant with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management techniques, audit processes, and legal guidelines within our industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement company policies and regulations. Ensure all departments are in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Identify and evaluate risks and compliance issues within the organization. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Prepare reports detailing the risk areas and providing risk mitigation recommendations. Provide training to employees about the latest risk management and compliance protocols. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory norms and laws that apply to the business. Work with other departments to create a culture of compliance within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and monitoring company risks. Qualifications Proven experience as a Risk and Compliance Officer or similar role. Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML). Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
