About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales function, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships in Durban. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and leadership roles, with a strong background in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Drive new business growth and expand existing client accounts
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion performance
  • Coach, develop, and hold the sales team accountable for results
  • Build and maintain strong senior client relationships

Requirements

  • Grade 12, plus a relevant Sales or Marketing qualification
  • 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Experience leading, coaching, and holding sales teams accountable
  • Background in B2B sales
  • Online or digital marketing industry exposure
