Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert and custodian of SAP ECC.
- Accountable for SAP access control for the business.
- Accountable for all SAP reporting including sales reporting.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of companywide budget management and reporting in SAP.
- Maintaining existing data and changes to Pricing, WSPs, pricing conditions and discounting on the SAP system.
- Accountable for opening and closing of month-end and year-end processes as well as the emailing of statements.
- Accountable for annual audit preparation.
- Responsible for the preparation of financial accounts for audit purposes. May be required to present information to auditors.
- Manages the EDI process.
- Accountable for end-to-end materials management process on SAP including the capturing and maintenance of full costing around the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Costing Diploma or Degree is mandatory.
- 3-5 years experience working on SAP is essential.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SCM, CRM, and BI
- Must be SAP certified.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and support
- ABAP experience is advantageous.
