Durban: SAP Specialist – Beverage Production Industry posted by Hire Resolve

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Specialist to join their team in the Beverage Production Industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the SAP system to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert and custodian of SAP ECC.
• Accountable for SAP access control for the business.
• Accountable for all SAP reporting including sales reporting.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of companywide budget management and reporting in SAP.
• Maintaining existing data and changes to Pricing, WSPs, pricing conditions and discounting on the SAP system.
• Accountable for opening and closing of month-end and year-end processes as well as the emailing of statements.
• Accountable for annual audit preparation.
• Responsible for the preparation of financial accounts for audit purposes. May be required to present information to auditors.
• Manages the EDI process.
• Accountable for end-to-end materials management process on SAP including the capturing and maintenance of full costing around the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Costing Diploma or Degree is mandatory.
• 3-5 years experience working on SAP is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SCM, CRM, and BI
• Must be SAP certified.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and support
• ABAP experience is advantageous.
