What Youll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain full stack applications across multiple platforms Contribute to technical architecture and lead technical discussions Mentor and support junior developers Conduct code reviews and ensure best development practices Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and security Keep up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks What You Bring Bachelors Degree, Diploma, or relevant IT certification 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong ability to drive technical solutions independently Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail Ability to deliver quality solutions under pressure Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Technical Strengths Proficient in JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js Solid experience with C# and .NET Core Skilled in developing and integrating RESTful APIs Experience with relational & non-relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments Experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and version control (Git)
