Youll lead complex IT and business projects, with a strong focus on Point of Sale (POS) system implementations. 🧠Who You Are A versatile consultant with 7 years of project management experience , including large-scale retail IT deployments. Proven success in POS system rollouts within fashion retail environments. Experience across diverse project typesavoiding siloed or narrow expertise. Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (including C-level). FMCG experience is a plus. PMBOK or equivalent certification is beneficial but not required. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and remote resources. Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver regular status updates. Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement. Ensure benefits realization from digital initiatives, focusing on automation and legacy system integration.
