Durban: Temp Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Own cash flow forecasting, budgeting & financial planning Deliver monthly management accounts with insight, not just numbers Track income, expenses, risks & opportunities to boost performance Strengthen internal controls, efficiencies & compliance across finance Lead Xero cost centre reporting & ensure accurate allocations Oversee ledgers, invoicing, reconciliations & VAT Manage cross-border transactions & SARB compliance Partner with global finance teams on intercompany reporting Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom in Accounting / Finance OR Newly Qualified CA(SA) 3 to 5 years in a Financial Manager role ( not audit-only ) Services industry exposure (BPO preferred) Strong people leadership & stakeholder management Xero experience non-negotiable Advanced Excel (pivots, models, the works) Strong commercial, analytical & problem-solving skills Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
