About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled Traffic Manager to join their internal agency team. As the operational hub, you will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and progress across creative projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end creative and content workflows across the agency.
Scope projects, build schedules, and maintain tracking systems.
Handle project intake and ensure clear briefs with defined deliverables.
Coordinate internal team resources and proactively address capacity issues.
Serve as the central contact, keeping teams aligned and informed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on timelines and expectations.
Lead progress updates and provide pipeline visibility to leadership.
Champion operational improvements and support workflow technology.
Enforce quality standards and ensure timely asset delivery.
Monitor project performance to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

4+ years in traffic, project, or operations (creative/content/in-house agency)
Exceptional project & resource management (proven on-time delivery under pressure)
Deep understanding of digital, social, and video content production
Strong interpersonal & communication skills (across creative/commercial teams)
Proven ability to build structure, calm, and clarity in fast-paced environments
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable, Monday.com)
