• Explain financing options, warranties, insurance, and value-added products.

Administrative & Documentation

• Prepare sales contracts, finance applications, and documentation accurately.

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant automotive regulations.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Inventory & Market Awareness

• Assist in appraising trade-in vehicles and determining market-appropriate pricing.

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
