About the Role
As a Lodge Manager at Wild Dreams Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding overall operations of the lodge, exercising leadership skills to supervise staff, and assisting with administrative duties. You will also be knowledgeable in various lodge operation departments to assist and organize staff during the working day as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the lodge is operational within operating budget
- Organize and supervise the team to perform as an efficient team and perform up to standard
- Organize and supervise all team members on the lodge to exercise their duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Lodge Management
- Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or relevant field (added advantage)
- Knowledge of the Innkeeper system (added advantage)
- Additional languages other than English (preferable)
- Valid Driver’s License (preferable)
- Passionate about the Environment
- A passion for hosting guests
- Ability to mentor and train team members on all levels
- Always maintaining high service standards
