Durbanville: HR Manager

REQUIREMENTS Matric plus a relevant HR diploma or degree 10 years experience covering the full HR function Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organisational, management, and problem-solving ability Diplomatic, professional approach with solid people skills High-level administrative accuracy and a strong work ethic KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full HR lifecycle : recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Oversee performance management systems , including KPAs Coordinate training and development initiatives Act as the strategic link between management and employees Support the communication and execution of the groups overall vision and strategy Manage absenteeism, disciplinary hearings, performance inquiries, job descriptions, organograms, and training records Handle HR administration including timesheets, SDL, H4M processes, and provident fund matters
