Remote SDR Opportunity Base Pay + Commission
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in online sales.Excellent typing speed and communication skills.A reliable laptop (Minimum: i5 7th Gen+ | 8GB+ RAM).Webcam and microphone required for team meetings.Stable home WiFi (50MB/s+; Fibre or 5G for smooth video calls).Availability to work 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday.Resilience to rejection with a strong drive to keep going.Important: Please only apply if you meet all these requirements.About the Role:As a remote Outbound SDR specializing in Instagram, youll use company-provided accounts and systems installed on your laptop. Leads and weekly training sessions are provided to ensure you excel in the role. Comprehensive training is included to get you fully prepared.Compensation:Base
Salary:
R10,000 – R15,000/month (Guaranteed).Commission: Earn an additional R5,000 – R15,000+ (Per appointment booked).Total Potential Earnings: R20,000 – R31,000+ per month.Your
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via Instagram DMs using a structured approach.Build rapport and qualify leads through professional written communication.Schedule qualified leads for the sales team.Respond promptly to all leads (within 10 minutes) during work hours (9AM-6PM).Maintain professionalism and clarity in all conversations.
