Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in online sales.Excellent typing speed and communication skills.A reliable laptop (Minimum: i5 7th Gen+ | 8GB+ RAM).Webcam and microphone required for team meetings.Stable home WiFi (50MB/s+; Fibre or 5G for smooth video calls).Availability to work 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday.Resilience to rejection with a strong drive to keep going.Important: Please only apply if you meet all these requirements.About the Role:As a remote Outbound SDR specializing in Instagram, youll use company-provided accounts and systems installed on your laptop. Salary:
R10,000 – R15,000/month (Guaranteed).Commission: Earn an additional R5,000 – R15,000+ (Per appointment booked).Total Potential Earnings: R20,000 – R31,000+ per month.Your
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via Instagram DMs using a structured approach.Build rapport and qualify leads through professional written communication.Schedule qualified leads for the sales team.Respond promptly to all leads (within 10 minutes) during work hours (9AM-6PM).Maintain professionalism and clarity in all conversations.
