Job Description

Role PurposeThe Procurement Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the procurement function, assisting with invoice queries, sourcing activities, supplier coordination, and record management. The role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to support efficient procurement operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the resolution of supplier invoice discrepancies.Assist buyers with sourcing and quotation activities.Coordinate supplier and internal meetings and follow up on actions.Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
