Job Description
Accountant required for an architectural company based in East London
Requirements:
- Pastel Partner & Payroll 50
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience within an accounting role
Scope:
- Transaction Processing for four branches as well as related entities
- Invoicing
- Reconcile VAT from Pastel – All Entities
- Submit VAT 201 returns – All Entities
- Reconciliation
- Journal Processing
- Prepare financial reporting for Partners meetings
- Management Accounts
- Payroll Processing: Salaries, EMP 201, EMP501, HR reports for Partners Meetings
- Tax Planning advice (PAYE/Prov Tax)
- WSP Requirements
- Handle all accounting related queries
Additional skills:
- Accounting Principles and Practices
- Microsoft Excel and Office proficient
- Strong Communication Skills
- Adherence to Deadlines
