Job Description
- Completed Matric Certificate
- 3+ years in administration is required
- Valid code 08 drivers license is essential
- Applicants must be proficient in the use of MS Office; specifically Excel
- An enquiring mind with an interest in investigations
- Ability to communicate at various levels
- Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate documents
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Able to maintain strict privacy and confidentiality requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
- Maintain an updated understanding of fundamental company policies, labour law, compliance standards and relevant regulations
- Strong documentation skills for accurate record keeping
- Responsible for preparing files for evidence
- Compiling spreadsheets
- General support within the branch; including filing, scanning and copying of documents, as well as general housekeeping
