Job Description
Well established company based in the Eastern Cape are seeking an experience and driven applicant who’s passionate about media, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a flair for building client relationships to join their dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Must have Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification essential
- 3 years minimum sales experience (proven sales experience – media sales advantageous)
- Media industry experience will be advantageous
- Fully computer literate
- Business orientated, assertive and innovative
- Target Driven with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel (must have a valid drivers’ licence and own reliable transport)
- Be comfortable in the digital space
- Be a Team player
- Self -motivated and organised
- Have a passion to work in Media
About the role:
- Maintaining and developing a successful business portfolio
- Generating, meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Sales presentations to existing and prospective clients
- Implementing account management systems (budgets, reports, etc)
- Developing and maintaining professional relationship with clients
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Promoting station branding
