Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance of standardized IS solutions across sites Installation of new workstations Deployment & Maintenance of applications Management of IT Infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Network) Provide Technical Support to End-Users in collaboration with the Regional IS Team Monitor all ongoing projects handled by the regional IS team and ensure they are successfully implemented at the site level Contribute towards improving the IS services delivered to the business by collaborating with the regional IS team Ensures the security measures related to information systems are applied within his/her perimeter Participates in annual budget reviews related to the domain he/she manages Identifies training needs for the region`s IS staff and develop plans to address them Raises awareness among the staff regarding the importance of using computers, software and other office equipment in a safe manner Job
Requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 4-6 Years of experience Project Management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Leadership Skills Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills Proven experience in managing a helpdesk Experience in managing small teams Understands regulatory requirements as it relates to managing data Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
