Education and Experience:

Minimum qualification requirements

• Post-Matric qualification advantageous
• Similar work experience for a minimum of 2 3 years
• Must be computer literate emails, MS Word, MS Excel, etc

Responsibilities:

• Daily attendance registers and breathalyser– scan to pc every day once completed by the Project / Ops Warehouse Manager email to Management and file accordingly
• Vehicle checklists – vehicles cleaned/ any damages/ licensing/ roadworthy/ fuel/ oil and water/ tyre pressure- scan to pc every day once completed by the Project / Ops Warehouse Manager email to Management and file accordingly
• Admin duties – all administration duties required by management, includes but not limited to, petty cash recons and filing, fuel recons and filing, getting quotes from suppliers, liaising with suppliers, ensuring that office and kitchen amenities and stationery are replenished, filing of all receipts / invoices / quotes / certification / etc forwarding the same to management at month end for accounting purposes, filing to be done manually and electronically, compiling of monthly timesheets from the daily registers and forwarding to management for payroll on the 25th of each month, work within timeframes and deadlines, ensure office and kitchen areas are neat and tidy at all times
• Reporting structure – Reports directly to the Project Manager, Ops Warehouse Manager and Directors of the company
