Personal Assistant required for a reputable manufacturing company based in East London, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales administration or related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours based on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Manage Owner’s Schedule: Efficiently organize and maintain the owner’s diary, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and commitments are scheduled appropriately.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel for the owner, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure travel plans align with business needs and preferences.
- Sales Administrative Support: Assist with sales administration tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating follow-up activities.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the owner. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed. Maintain accurate records and files.
- Event Coordination: Support in organizing events, meetings, and conferences as required by the owner.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned by the owner, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality
