Senior Sous Chef required for a renowned establishment based in East London
Requirements
- Diploma in Professional Cookery (City and Guilds or similar)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
- Experience in stock take, orders and stock management.
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee kitchen when head chef is not present
- Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and festive season.
