Beautiful, Luxury Spa requires well-experienced, skilled and dedicated Front of House personnel.

• MUST have Grade 12 / Beauty qualifications.
• MUST have 2-3 years of working experience in a well-established and professional Spa.
• MUST have Hands-on experience with My Salon Software.
• MUST be Computer Literate with excellent Administration skills.
• MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to fully converse in English.
• MUST be eloquently spoken and well-groomed to represent the brand.
• MUST have great retail abilities with a friendly personality and excellent customer service.
• MUST be experienced with Cash-Ups, stock take, stock count, and opening and closing of the Spa.
• Hands-on experience with handling customer complaints, queries and compliments.
