Job Description
The Admin Officer would play a major role in both businesses to support administration duties.
Responsibilities
- Placement and allocation of rooms of students on the property.
- Administering students’ contracts of stay, ensuring that they are explained, understood and signed by the students.
- Induction of students to the property.
- Asset register maintenance.
- Facilitation maintenance issues.
- Facilitation students’ disciplinary hearings.
- Liaising with relevant sponsors regarding student funding.
- Ensuring that students stay Bullet-pointed list of the job holder’s main responsibilities.
- Ordering of material for the ice.
- Process orders for ice.
- Draw delivery schedule for the ice.
- Stock control.
- Biweekly visits to our customers.
- Up to date administration of both businesses.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Administrative skills.
- Hospitality.
- Film Production or TV, or media studies related field.
