Key Responsibilities:

Manage full Express, Pickup Point, and Point-to-Point hub operations
Recruit, train, and manage hub staff; oversee performance and scheduling
Maintain health and safety compliance, including first aid and fire safety measures
Ensure all equipment and security systems are functional and sufficient
Monitor operational reports and take action to meet KPIs and SLAs
Investigate and resolve complaints and critical incidents promptly
Oversee driver network operations, including hiring, onboarding, compliance, payments, and behavior management

Skills & Qualifications:

Matric
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous)
Management experience in FMCG, logistics, or warehouse environments
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills
