To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma or Degree (in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology), along with 3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer, Specialist, or Generalist. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in payroll systems, MS Office, and HR administration, will be valuable.
