Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in production, including roles in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, or Supply Chain Management
- Proven project management experience
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in serial production environments
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
- Strong knowledge of SAP (EP1/S4)
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and teamwork skills in a global, multicultural context
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, and optimize production systems for improved efficiency and performance
- Maintain Industrial Engineering (IE) master data
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to:
- Process optimization
- Change management
- New product introductions
- Evaluate production performance metrics (e.g., OEE, TEEP) to support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making
- Assist in product cost estimation and optimization
- Conduct time and motion studies (e.g., MTM, REFA) for effective workplace design
- Lead capacity planning and capital investment projects
- Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA)
